Enterprise Privacy Protocol & Data Security Directives
01 // CORE PRIVACY CREED & DATA MINIMIZATION
We only collect information strictly required to engineer, procure, fulfill, and bill mission-critical infrastructure projects. We do not participate in behavioral tracking networks, deploy data-mining trackers, or monetize customer or corporate data under any circumstances.
02 // SEPARATION: COMMERCIAL RECORDS VS. CLIENT NETWORK PAYLOAD DATA
DURING PHYSICAL STRUCTURED CABLING, RACK REMEDIATION, APPLIANCE STAGING, OR ROUTER/SWITCH INSERTION, VETERAN TECH FIELD ENGINEERS NEVER INSPECT, HARVEST, INTERCEPT, MIRROR, LOG, OR STORE ANY PROPRIETARY CUSTOMER NETWORK PACKETS OR DATA PAYLOADS. OUR SCOPE REMAINS STRICTLY CONFINED TO PHYSICAL LAYER (L1) CONNECTIVITY AND BASIC LOGICAL INTERFACE (L2/L3) VERIFICATION.
03 // DROPSHIP LOGISTICS & DATA SHARING
Because enterprise hardware ships directly from authorized OEM distribution hubs, Veteran Tech shares strictly necessary delivery logistics information (recipient company name, facility dock address, site contact) with authorized logistics partners (FedEx Freight, UPS, R+L Carriers).
04 // STAGING SERVER SANITIZATION & SECURE PURGE
All temporary staging images, static IP mapping spreadsheets, and provisioning logs are permanently purged from staging workstations using NIST SP 800-88 cryptographic erase protocols following project sign-off and acceptance.
05 // INFRASTRUCTURE & DATA SECURITY SAFEGUARDS
- Web & In-Transit Encryption: Enforced 256-bit SSL/TLS cryptographic tunnels (HSTS, AES-256-GCM / ChaCha20-Poly1305).
- Internal Access Governance: Zero Trust network architecture with RBAC and mandatory MFA / FIDO2 keys.
- Payment Processing: PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant tokenized payment gateway; zero cardholder data stored on premise.
- Supply Chain Verification: Compliance with NDAA Section 889 and NIST cybersecurity guidelines for vendor risk management.
