This Privacy Policy describes how Veteran Tech Services Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, encrypts, and secures information gathered through our online storefront, customer support portals, and during commercial transaction processing.
We operate strictly under B2B guidelines, and do not sell or trade commercial lead data, telemetry reports, or customer contact footprints to third-party ad networks.

Safeguarding financial telemetry and cardholder data is a high-priority parameter of our network architecture:
PCI-DSS Compliant Infrastructure
Our platform runs in strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All communications between your browser and our storefront checkout node are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL).
Cardholder details are tokenized instantly and sent directly to Stripe. No credit card numbers or security codes are written to or stored on Veterantech LLC local servers or databases.

We collect information necessary to execute logistics operations and maintain security protocols:
- Identity Data: Name, company affiliation, business titles.
- Contact Info: Email addresses, corporate phone numbers, physical billing and shipping addresses.
- Technical Footprint: IP addresses, browser types, and cookie-based session tokens required to manage the WooCommerce shopping cart.
- Verification Data: Government-issued ID, utility statements, or business records provided by customers in response to security holds on high-value items.
04 // How We Use Your Data
Collected data is utilized solely for:
- Processing storefront transactions and completing merchant billing.
- Staging, configuring, and shipping physical hardware products.
- Managing technical support tickets opened via contact@veterantech.net.
- Mitigating security threats, fraud, and unauthorized chargeback activity.

We only share information with partners necessary to complete your order, specifically:
- Payment Processors (Stripe): To validate payments and process billing tokens.
- Logistics Providers: Shipping details are transmitted to FedEx, UPS, or other cargo brokers to facilitate hardware dispatch.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by US federal authorities, or in context of defending our merchant accounts against dispute fraud.
