01 // Agreement to Terms & B2B Parameters

Welcome to the online procurement node of Veteran Tech Services Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our storefront website (including the URL at which this plugin runs), hardware procurement services, and technical engineering solutions.

By purchasing high-value titanium camera units, scheduling site assessments, or using our online storefront, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a registered business, government entity, or commercial organization ("Customer", "you"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the Customer and Veteran Tech Services Inc.

02 // High-Value Gateway Validation & Identity Verification

To secure our transaction pipeline against corporate identity theft, credit card fraud, and unauthorized procurement:

• All online credit/debit card transactions undergo automatic multi-factor validation via 3D Secure (3DS) protocols. Transactions failing 3DS screening will be rejected instantly.
• For security auditing, transactions exceeding $1,000.00 USD may trigger a temporary manual review hold.
• In the event of a security hold, our compliance team reserves the right to request a valid business license, a utility bill containing the shipping address, or a government-issued photo ID matching the cardholder's name.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within 48 hours will result in automatic order cancellation and refund.

03 // Transfer of Hardware Ownership (Title & Loss)

All physical sales of high-value camera rigs and network hardware operate under shipping terms where Title and Risk of Loss transfer to the Buyer immediately upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin / Shipment Facility).

Veterantech LLC’s legal responsibility for the physical condition of the hardware terminates once the shipment is handed over to FedEx, UPS, or our third-party logistics provider in Minneapolis, MN. Any subsequent damage, loss, or delay in transit must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

04 // 30-Day Post-Delivery Returns & Restocking Fees

Equipment returns are strictly governed by our Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policy. We enforce a strict exactly 30-day post-delivery window for all return requests. Approved returns of titanium and network infrastructure hardware are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee due to inspection and security recertification overhead.

05 // Dispute Protocol & Administrative Costs

As a condition of completing an order, the Customer explicitly agrees to our ticket-first dispute resolution pathway. Customers must open a ticket at contact@veterantech.net and allow ten (10) business days for internal investigation before filing a claim with their bank. In the event of a breach of this protocol, the Customer agrees to reimburse Veterantech LLC a $250.00 USD dispute administration fee.

06 // Data Protection & PCI-DSS Compliance

Veterantech LLC processes all payments in strict accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All transaction payloads are encrypted during transfer using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and AES-256 protocols. We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers; card operations are tokenized and processed via Stripe.
